Black Bean and Corn Salad
Ingredients
- 1 Avocado cubed
- 1 can Black Beans drained
- 1 can Corn fresh is even better
- 1 clove Garlic minced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
- 1 cup Red Onion diced
- 1/4 tsp Oregano
Dressing
- 1/2 tsp Cumin
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
- Fresh Lime Juice
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients together
- Blend dressing
- Pour dressing and mix together
